1) After booking what are the procedures for cancelation of the deal?

Yes, but on that case 10% will be charge from full amount of the property and rest of the amount will be hand over to the client within 90 days.

2) Does Rupayan real estate ltd. Offer any home loan facilities?

Yes we have tie up with some financial institution who will provide home loan for the residential or nonresidential  people of Bangladesh. The slandered rate of loan is 60-70%. You can pay the loan through EMI process but for loan you need bank approval at the first point.

3) how rupayan real estate will hand over my apartment?

This shows the final step of getting the property. If our record shows that all the payment documents are clear then our responsible officer will take4-5 days maximum for clear the documents. After that the buyer will get a call to receive the documents and keys of the property. Somehow if the owner is unable to come physically, the client can sent someone  with  power of authority paper with signature.

4) What are the payment procedures a client must follow whey buying a property?

For buying a property the client have to pay minimum 10% of amount in advance of the full property. Then rest of the 90% amount the client have to play monthly in installments until. This is slandered process. It may change but its fully depend on the deal.

5) What are the procedures a client should maintain before booking an apartment or commercial unit from Rupayan real estate ltd?

You first need to sign an application from, for that you need to pay a little amount to pay to the company. Most importantly before booking any property our officer show you all the property and tell you all the terms and conditions which includes ‘allotment letter and “ and terms and condition in the agreement for the property.

6) Who will be responsible for solving the common affairs of the property?

The apartment owners will build a community where they will appoint a secretary and he/she will be responsible for all the common affairs of the apartment like,maintanace,security,staff bill, utility bill etc

7) will the client get any compensation if the developer is unable to handover the documents on time?

Yes ,the client will. In the agreement there must be a point where if the developer is unable to give the keys and documents to the client on time, the client will get some compensation base on the terms of agreement.

8) Will the client gets the document of the deal before making the full payment?

No, for that the needs to pay the full payment first

9) Will the company going to offer any discount if the client give advance payment or onetime payment?

If the client makes any advance or onetime payment then the client will definitely get some benefit by entitling some discount amount from the total price of the property
